Terms of Use - Calmbudy

This Terms of Use ("Agreement") governs your use of the CalmBudy mobile application and related services ("Service").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

CalmBudy provides meditation, breathing exercises, sleep stories, calming music, and emotional awareness content designed for children.

CalmBudy is not a medical or psychological service and does not replace professional advice.

If you are under 18, this Agreement must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian.

CalmBudy offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide full access to premium content.

Available subscription plans may include:

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play → Account → Subscriptions

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All payments and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. CalmBudy does not process refunds directly.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable laws.

All content is owned by CalmBudy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalmBudy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Türkiye.
